This seafood ochazuke mix is made by lavishly using Hokkaido salmon and seasoning with kelp and bonito stock.

How to eat
(1) Put warm rice (about 100g) in a small bowl.
(2) Sprinkle 1 bag of Ochazuke on it.
(3) Pour boiling water (150 ml). Mix lightly and it's done. (Please adjust the strength of the taste to your liking)
You can add spices such as wasabi to make it delicious.
